Return Policy
Here at Coastal Cotton quality and service are our top priorities. With any unworn garments, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order placement for an exchange, credit, or refund. If you receive an item and need another size, we will gladly exchange for a different size in the item. Any other questions regarding returns should be emailed to us via the “contact us” page.
Please have order number included in the subject so that we can better assist you.
For a return label follow the steps listed. Note shipping expense for returns will be deducted from the original order total when credit is issued. If exchanging for another size or item, return shipping is complementary.
- Enter your name, Order number and desired action to be taken on the item once received (exchange/refund)
- If requesting an exchange for another size or item, please briefly note the item(s) you want to receive in exchange for the items you are returning
- If requesting a refund, note the return shipping expense will be deducted from your total refund amount once the items is received and processed
